Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after working hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Method (UK)

We ship all UK orders using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2 working days after dispatch
  • Tracking is included with all orders

Please note this is an estimated service, not a guaranteed delivery timeframe.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery.


Delays

While most orders arrive within the expected timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Postal network disruptions
  • High demand periods (e.g. holidays)
  • Factors outside our control

If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us via the Contact Us page and we will investigate.


Delivery Responsibility

Your order remains our responsibility until it has been successfully delivered to you, in line with UK consumer law.


Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout.

We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.


Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order is missing:

  • Check your tracking information first
  • Contact us if there has been no update or delivery after 5 working days

We will work with Royal Mail to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
