Overview
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return eligible items within the timeframe outlined below.
Returns Window
You have a 14 day cooling off window from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Items must be returned with original packaging and tags attached
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Items worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:

- We will provide return instructions and the return address
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of approval or rejection
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect
If you need a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original item.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us via the Contact Us page within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
